2012年8月1日，日本名古屋大學微納系統工程系Miguel A. Gosalvez博士和Prem Pal博士來我公司參觀訪問，并分別做了題為“An overview of anisotropic etching and its simulation”和“MEMS Fabrication Processes and Recent Advancements in CMOS Process Compatible Wet Anisotropic Etching”的學術報告，期間解決了公司工程師的疑問，雙方還在報告結束后做了進一步的學術交流。
